Dolphin PTR
Dolphin PTR isn’t really a Paid To Read site as such, it is more of a Paid to Search site, and for the free member is one of the quickest ways to the minimum payout ($3).
All you need to do, is check the New email, as normal, but then click a subject, and a result. These emails are worth about 0.5cents each.
The first couple of times you log in, you will only get 1 or 2 emails, if you click through to a result, you should be getting up to about 30 emails a day.
I have been paid several times with no problems.
Payout is by Pay Pal.
